The Weston Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 7:30 P.M., in the Weston Town Hall, 11
Town House Road, Weston, MA, relative to the following agenda items:

7:30 PM – Public Meeting – St. Julia’s Church: Discussion with the Planning Board for compliance with
the approved Certificate of Action.
7:45 PM – Public Meeting – 183 Newton Street: The Planning Board will review proposed landscaping
amendments proposed on 183 Newton and between the common lot-line with 201 Newton Street.
8:00 PM – Public Hearing – Site Plan Review – 46 Cedar Road: The Planning Board will hold a public
hearing to consider the application for 46 Cedar Road, where the construction of proposed additions triggers
the Residential Gross Floor Area (RGFA) provision to the Zoning By-Law. The proposed house is 8,636 SF.
and the lot size is 66,000 sq. ft. The Applicant is Kenneth Stevens.
8:25 PM – Public Meeting – 5 Doublet Hill Road: The consultants for 5 Doublet Hill Road will present an
amended landscape plan for the Board’s consideration.
8:30 PM – Public Hearing – Site Plan Review – 203 Newton Street (also known as Lot 3 of 201 Newton
Street): The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the application for Lot 3 of the Flexible

9:00 PM – Public Hearing – Special Permit/ Site Plan Review – Cat Rock water tank (off Bradford
Road): The Planning Board will hold a continued public hearing to consider an application for the installation
of tank mounted wireless communications equipment, plus associated ground equipment on Town-owned land
at the Cat Rock water tank, off Bradford Road (Map 13, Parcel 93). T-Mobile is the Applicant.
