Wellesley,
Massachusetts is a scenic suburb of Boston with about 26 000 residents. It maintains a rural character
with extensive conservation efforts. Wellesley contains over 1500 acres
of unspoiled woodland, as well as places like Morse’s Pond and
Lake Waban, where opportunities for outdoor activities abound. The town
is also
home to Wellesley College, considered one of the best small liberal arts
colleges in the nation. The college is engaged with the community, generously
sharing many of its facilities with town residents. The presence of the
college promotes an active cultural, social, and commercial climate not
found in other suburban areas.
